This villa is a delightful and elegant property located in the hills of'Umbria, nei pressi di Umbertide, in provincia di Perugia, non distante dalla Toscana.\r\n\r\nIl casale, di complessivi 250 m2, si sviluppa su due piani principali, il piano nobile soppalcato e il piano inferiore, che contano complessivamente 4 camere da letto matrimoniali per ospitare comodamente fino ad 8 adulti e un bambino. I bagni sono quattro, di cui tre attrezzati con doccia e uno con vasca da bagno.

Above the living room is a large mezzanine, consisting of the second bedroom with bathroom, a hidden wardrobe to make it more private, and the relaxation area overlooking the living room. As can be seen in the photos, the bedroom on the mezzanine is open to the living room below, but thanks to the conformation of the mezzanine itself and the'armadio a muro, è impossibile vedere ciò che sta accadendo nella camera da letto sul soppalco.
