Memà is a comfortable house with a private pool located in a quiet and sunny spot near Menfi, in southwestern Sicily.

The house, nestled in the countryside and surrounded by neat olive groves and picturesque rows of vineyards, features a large patio with a pergola equipped with garden furniture and a small salt-water pool (3x6 m).
Carefully restored by the young owner, the single-level home comprises a spacious living/dining room with kitchen, two comfortable double bedrooms, and a bathroom with shower.

The interiors, tastefully furnished with elegant simplicity, are equipped with every comfort, including air conditioning and heating (in all rooms), Wi-Fi, three smart TVs, a washing machine, dishwasher, electric oven, microwave, espresso machine, barbecue, and private parking.
Memà is a perfect retreat for a couple or a small family, and also an excellent base for reaching the beautiful sandy beaches of Lido Fiori and Portopalo di Menfi in just a few minutes by car. Also nearby are Selinunte, Sciacca, the Torre Salsa Nature Reserve, Agrigento, Mazara del Vallo, Marsala, and Trapani.
