Santa Barbara is a lovely holiday rental (300 sq m) with private pool. The property can accommodate up to six guests comfortably in three bedrooms with three bathrooms. Santa Barbara is located 12 km from Collazzone, Italy and only 32 km from Perugia.

Upon arrival at Santa Barbara you’ll find a nice clean well-maintained property ideal for a splendid vacation in Umbria. Regardless of how you spend your days - sightseeing, shopping, visiting museums or just driving in the countryside, when you arrive home you can relax with your family and friends at the pool for a perfect ending to another day in Umbria. Outside you will also find a patio and barbecue grill. If you enjoy cooking for family and friends there is a well-equipped kitchen including plenty of tableware and cutlery for up to six people. If you prefer to dine 'al fresco', there is a fully furnished patio where you can enjoy the weather while dining outdoors.

Upstairs, the master bedroom boasts an en-suite bathroom and a private terrace offering sweeping vistas of the Umbrian hills—a serene spot to enjoy a quiet morning coffee.
Downstairs, in the walk-out basement, lies a true sanctuary: a wellness area complete with a heated indoor pool, a sauna, and a relaxing lounge. The pool’s large sliding windows reveal
views of the countryside, allowing guests to soak up the scenery in any season, even on a misty winter’s day.
