The living room-bedroom includes a fully-equipped kitchen unit with a fridge, ceramic hob, oven, microwave, kettle, coffee machine and toaster. It also has a high-quality sofa bed for two people, a coffee table, a dresser, a sofa armchair, a dining corner with an extendable table and a flatscreen TV. The bedroom is furnished with a very comfortable box spring bed (180 x 200cm) and a big cupboard.

The balcony has a table, four armchairs, two loungers and a parasol. The garden provides a garden shed, a children’s playground, a grill and garden furniture.
