On the ground floor, you will find a large living-dining room, a fully equipped kitchen, 2 bedrooms with ensuite shower bathrooms, and an additional guest bathroom. The first floor, accessible via a comfortable external staircase, hosts a second living room with a private terrace, a second kitchen, 2 bedrooms, one of which features an ensuite bathroom, a further bedroom with 2 single beds, and a bathroom with shower. The villa is equipped with air conditioning in all rooms, a washer dryer, dishwasher, smart TV, wine cellar, and ice machine. Heating is provided by heat pumps installed in all rooms.

Included in the rental are air conditioning, bath towels with a midweek change, bed linen with a midweek change, a cot, electricity, final cleaning, heating, Wi-Fi internet, kitchen gas consumption, a midweek cleaning service of 6 hours covering the kitchen, bathrooms, and bedrooms, pool towels with a weekly change, table linen, water consumption, and a welcome basket with breakfast items. The minimum stay is 7 nights. From 22 June to 30 August, arrivals are accepted on Saturdays only. Check-in is available between 16:00 and 21:00, and late arrivals between 21:00 and 24:00 may be arranged if agreed in advance. Check-out must take place between 08:00 and 10:00. A security deposit of 1000 euros is required and must be paid in cash upon arrival. A tourist tax of 1.00 euro per night per person applies, excluding children up to 12 years of age, for a maximum of 7 nights, payable in cash on arrival. Pets are not permitted at the property.
