Casa Delfino operates with a minimum stay requirement of 7 nights, with a flexible changeover day available throughout the season, with the exception of the period from 27 July to 23 August, during which arrivals are accepted on Saturdays only. Check-in is available from 16:00 to 21:00, and check-out must be completed between 8:00 and 10:00. A late check-in service is available for arrivals after 21:00 and up to 24:00, subject to prior arrangement. A security deposit of 200 euros is required upon arrival and will be refunded at the time of departure, less any applicable charges in the event of damages. The rental rates include gas, water, and electricity consumption up to 140 kWh, with any consumption exceeding this threshold subject to an additional charge of 0.40 euros per kWh. Also included in the rates are the final cleaning service, a weekly change of bed linens and pool towels, a midweek change of bath towels, a weekly reset of the bedrooms and bathrooms, and a welcome basket containing breakfast products. A tourist tax of 2.00 euros per person per night applies, excluding children up to 12 years of age, for a maximum of 10 nights, during the period from 01 April to 30 November, payable in cash upon arrival.
