On the ground floor of the main house, guests are welcomed by a spacious lounge area featuring a lovely fireplace, a dining room with a sitting area, a well-equipped built-in kitchen ideal for preparing home-made meals to be enjoyed both indoors and outdoors, and 1 bathroom. On the first floor, 3 romantically appointed bedrooms and 2 bathrooms await. The main bedroom features a king-size bed, the second offers a double bed, and the third is furnished with 2 single beds. Of the 2 bathrooms on this floor, 1 is fitted with a tub and the other with a shower. The annex provides 2 additional bedrooms, 1 with a double bed and 1 with 2 single beds, along with 1 bathroom with shower and a charming sitting area, making it an ideal retreat for families or larger groups of friends. Check-in is between 16:00 and 21:00, and check-out is between 08:00 and 10:00. A minimum stay of 7 nights is required, and from 25/07/25 to 21/08/25, arrivals are accepted on Saturdays only. Late arrivals between 21:00 and 24:00 are possible only if agreed upon in advance. Bath towels are changed midweek, bed linen is changed weekly, and pool towels are changed weekly. A midweek cleaning of the kitchen, bathrooms, and bedrooms is included, with a duration of 4 hours. Electricity, gas, water consumption, heating, and air conditioning are all included in the rental price. A welcome basket with breakfast items is provided upon arrival.
