A late check-in service is available after 21:00 until 24:00 for an additional fee payable upon arrival. A security deposit of 500 euros is required on arrival and will be returned upon departure, less any charges in the event of damages. The rental rates include gas, water, electricity up to 300 kWh per week, with any extra consumption to be settled on-site at a rate per kWh, final cleaning, a weekly change of bed linens, bath towels and pool towels, weekly cleaning of the kitchen, bedrooms and bathrooms for 3 hours, and a cot.
