Arrivals and departures are flexible, as there is no fixed day of the week for check-in or check-out. Check-in is available from 16:00 to 21:00, while check-out must take place between 8:00 and 10:00. Please be aware that a late check-in fee applies for arrivals after 9 pm, and this amount must be settled directly on site.

The rental rates include energy consumption covering water, gas, and electricity, as well as air conditioning, internet connection, 1 set of bath towels per person, bed linen, and final cleaning. A security deposit of 200 euros is required upon arrival and must be paid in cash; it will be returned upon departure, less any applicable charges in the event of damages. A cot and high chair are included at no additional cost. Please note that pets are not permitted at the property. A tourist tax of 2 euros per person per night applies and must be paid on site in accordance with local regulations.
