Blue Star Villa welcomes guests with a minimum stay requirement of 5 nights, extended to 7 nights during the high season. Check-in is available from 16:00 to 21:00, while check-out must be completed between 8:00 and 10:00. Should you require a late check-in after 21:00 and up to 24:00, this can be arranged in advance and is subject to an additional fee payable upon arrival. A security deposit of 2,000 euros is required on arrival and will be refunded upon departure, less any charges applicable in the event of damages. The rental rates are inclusive of a comprehensive range of services and utilities, covering air conditioning, heating, gas, water, electricity, and a final cleaning service. Guests also benefit from a weekly change of bed linens and pool towels, a midweek change of bath towels, daily cleaning of the kitchen, bedrooms, and bathrooms for 3 hours, a welcome basket containing breakfast items, and the provision of a cot.
