Check-in is available from 17:00 to 21:00, and check-out must take place between 8:00 and 10:00. A late check-in after 21:00 and until 24:00 is available subject to prior agreement. An early departure fee also applies. Upon arrival, a security deposit of 200 euros is required, which will be returned at departure less any deductions for damages. The rental rates include gas, water, electricity up to 200 kWh (with any consumption exceeding 200 kWh charged at an extra rate of 0.60 euros per kWh), final cleaning, weekly change of bed linens, bath and beach towels, a weekly tidying-up of the bedrooms and bathrooms of 1 hour, a cot, and a welcome basket featuring local items.
