This holiday flat is quietly located on the first floor of a historic building in the centre of Domaso.

Outside, a balcony offers a wonderful view of the large park of a neighbouring villa, the surrounding mountains and part of the lake. A small, beautifully planted courtyard can be used together with the other residents of the house, for example to organise a barbecue. A free public car park is available about 50 metres from the flat. Private parking spaces are available for rent about 200 metres from the flat. It is also possible to rent a garage, which is approximately 800 metres from the flat.

The flat is approximately 60 m² in size and can accommodate up to six people. The living room is furnished with a sofa bed for two persons (160 x 190 cm), a dining table, a fireplace (not usable) and a TV (satellite TV). It offers access to the open kitchenette, which is equipped with a gas cooker, oven, kettle, toaster, microwave, coffee machine and refrigerator with freezer. There are also two bedrooms, each with a double bed (160 x 190 cm). The bathroom has a bathtub with shower attachment and a washing machine. The flat is fully heated, but not air-conditioned. The lakeside promenade can be reached in about one minute. The nearest beach and river can be reached in about five minutes. Shops are about 300 metres from the flat. In Domaso you have the opportunity to practice various water sports and rent boats. You can also go hiking in the mountains, either alone or with a guide. There are also many places to discover, for example B. seaside resorts such as Bellagio, Varenna, Menaggio, Tremezzo, cities in Lombardy such as Milan, Como, Bergamo and the nearby Swiss resorts such as Lugano, Locarno, etc. Also worth a visit are the Valtellina, known for its wines and the cantons of Ticino and Graubünden with renowned towns such as St. Moritz.
