The American-style kitchen, modern and fully equipped, opens onto a spacious living room with a comfortable double sofa bed (new in 2026), a flat-screen smart TV, and a large dining table.There are two spectacular panoramic terraces, perfect for lunches, aperitifs or outdoor dinners with lake views, sheltered from the sun thanks to electric sunshade curtains.The master bedroom is a corner of pure relaxation, with a private bathroom equipped with a Jacuzzi whirlpool bath and access to a private terrace overlooking the pools.
