In the living area there is a 32" LCD TV, DVD player and a stereo system as well as a wood-burning stove, which provides cosiness and pleasant warmth on cold days. The washing machine is also located in the large shower room with double washbasin and a 1.20 x 0.80 metre shower tray and toilet. There is also a separate toilet room. Garden furniture and a parasol await you in the large orchard. The house is located in the triangle between Stralsund and Greifswald (35 km each) and 40 km from the Darß.
