In front of the house there is a large private swimming pool measuring 12 x 6 meters, with a depth of 1.5 to 2.5 meters. Next to the pool is a spacious terrace of over 50 m², ideal for relaxing, sunbathing and sharing meals outdoors. The spacious lawn around the villa is perfect for children's games, football and other outdoor activities. Use of the pool is at your own risk, and if desired, a professional lifeguard service can be arranged.The villa is fully air-conditioned, with additional heating in the bathrooms, and offers free Wi-Fi in all rooms.
