Near Zadar, one of the most beautiful tourist cities in Croatia, in the romantic fishing town of Vinjerac, in a beautiful location, is situated this new modern villa.
The villa has 150 m2, three bedrooms and 2 bathrooms.
On the ground floor of the villa there is a spacious living room and a fully equipped kitchen. On the upper floor there are three bedrooms and two modern bathrooms. Two rooms have double beds while one room has 2 single beds. On request, a baby cot can be placed in the room. The villa can accommodate a total of 6 people and each room and living room have air conditioning.

From the large terrace in front of the living room there is a fantastic view of the sea and the town. On the terrace there is a sitting area and you will be able to enjoy warm summer evenings with your friends and family.
The central place in the yard is occupied by a swimming pool with sun loungers next to which there is a grill and an outdoor shower.

The nearest pebble beach is 200 meters away, as well as the center of the town where there are restaurants, shops and cafes.
There are 2 parking spaces in the courtyard of the villa and the entire facility has WI-FI. Near the villa is the Krka National Park with beautiful waterfalls and the historic town of Nin.
