Villa Vista Farma is the perfect setting for large family holidays, intergenerational trips or group trips where you want to combine togetherness with privacy. The property consists of a spacious main house and a cozy annex, which together can accommodate up to 16 guests.

Villa Vista Farma is decorated in a classic, cozy Tuscan style with air conditioning in all bedrooms and the main living areas. The property is divided into four independent units (three apartments in the main house and one annex), which provides great flexibility.

Main house (3 separate apartments)
Apartment 1 (Ground floor): The natural hub of the property. Large, bright open area with fully equipped kitchen, dining area and living room with sofas and satellite TV. Also includes 1 double bedroom, 1 twin bedroom (plus 2 folding beds) and 1 bathroom with shower.

Apartment 2 (Ground floor - separate entrance next to Apartment 1): Contains 1 double bedroom with en suite bathroom (with bathtub) and a small kitchenette with a single sofa bed (suitable for a child).

Apartment 3 (First floor - access via external staircase): Entrance via a beautiful panoramic loggia. Large living room with open fireplace, kitchenette, 1 double bedroom, 1 twin bedroom (plus two folding beds) and 2 bathrooms with shower.

Annex (2 floors, connected by internal and external staircase)
Ground floor: 1 double bedroom with en suite bathroom with shower.

Upper floor: Bright living room with kitchenette and a single sofa bed.

?? The Park and the Outdoors
The villa is surrounded by a gigantic plot of 60 hectares of untouched forest and nature in Val di Farma, which invites you to fantastic walks right from the door.

Portico & Terrace: In front of the main house there is a large, furnished portico (covered terrace) with soft sofas and long tables - the perfect place for long, Italian dinners under the open sky. There is also a cozy area with travertine tables and an available barbecue.

Parking: Large, private parking on the property (access via manual gate).

Note regarding the garden: As the profile photos were taken in spring during full bloom, the colors of the garden and the density of the grass may vary throughout the summer. In the event of extreme summer drought and municipal water restrictions, parts of the lawn may appear dry.

????? Private Swimming Pool with Panoramic View
The swimming pool has an unbeatable location with a view directly towards the charming medieval city of Pari. The pool is reached via a short, paved path that slopes gently downwards.

Dimensions: 3 x 10 meters (irregular bean shape) with a constant depth of 1.40 m.

Details: PVC-covered, surrounded by beautiful stone bricks, chlorine-free and equipped with a wide, sunken staircase for easy entry.

Solarium: The surrounding tiled area is equipped with sun loungers, deck chairs, parasols and a cold water shower.

Opening hours: The pool is open from the last Saturday in April to the first Saturday in October.

Villa Vista Farma is perfectly located for cultural experiences, gastronomy and relaxation:

Nearest towns: The small medieval town of Pari and the historic Civitella Marittima in the heart of Maremma.

Terme di Petriolo: The famous natural hot springs are just a few minutes away.

San Galgano: The famous roofless monastery with the "sword in the stone" is also within a short drive.

Day trips: Within easy reach you will find both the Tuscan sandy coast, Grosseto and historic Siena.

Check-Check-in and Check-out
Check-in: Between 16:00 and 19:00 directly at the property.

Late check-in: For a surcharge of € 80.00 between 20:00 and 00:00.

Check-out: Before 10:00 on the day of departure.

Mandatory additional costs (to be paid locally)
City tax / Tourist tax: € 2.00 per person per night (to be paid upon check-in for a maximum of 7 nights. Depends on the season, children may be excluded).
