Villa Emma in the Zillertal offers a complete holiday experience for up to 10 people with a unique combination of comfort, luxury and the breathtaking nature of Tyrol. The villa has a fully equipped kitchen that leaves nothing to be desired and invites you to cook together. This includes a hob, steam cooker, oven, espresso and filter coffee machine, as well as a dishwasher for the convenience of guests.

The accommodation includes three bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms, high-speed WiFi (100 MBit) and large smart TVs (55 or 65 inches) in each room for entertainment and relaxation. An additional single room offers further accommodation. The living room impresses with a size of 54 m², a large couch and an 80-inch Smart TV for cosy evenings.

A highlight is the 400 m² garden, which offers a large dining table for 10 people, a gas barbecue and loungers for outdoor relaxation, perfect for enjoying privacy and tranquillity to the full. Stumm itself is considered one of the most picturesque villages in Tyrol, known for its traditional inns, cosy cafés and historic charm clustered around an old church. The landscape, typical of this region, has even served as the backdrop for several films.

In summer, guests can choose from a variety of leisure activities: The tennis court, the Stumm outdoor pool as well as the new playground and a mini golf course offer fun and variety for the whole family. In addition, the Erlebnistherme Zillertal Spa invites you to relax and unwind. For active holidaymakers, there are numerous cycling and mountain bike tours through the breathtaking Zillertal landscape. Climbing enthusiasts can put their skills to the test in the high ropes course at the Zillertal Adventure Park or at the Zillertal Climbing Centre. Hiking enthusiasts can also enjoy countless hiking trails and tours of various levels of difficulty that lead through the picturesque natural surroundings. A round on the 18-hole golf course in Uderns rounds off the summer programme. In winter, the over 90 km long piste network in the Hochzillertal-Hochfügen ski area offers fun on the slopes for the whole family. A free ski bus takes guests comfortably to the top Hochzillertal ski area opposite (1 stop, bus stop 50 metres from the villa). Away from the pistes, romantic horse-drawn sleigh rides, night-time winter hikes through snow-covered landscapes and fast-paced tobogganing fun on the numerous toboggan runs await the whole family.
