The living room has a cosy TV area with sofas and a fireplace stove. There is a bathroom next to it with a bath and washing machine. A space-saving stairway in the living and dining room leads to the bedroom with a double bed and two single beds.

The little village Ribitz belongs to the Kenz-Küstrow municipal area. Rubitz is surrounded by greenery and very well-developed cycle paths. It is 4km to the little town Barth with all shopping facilities. Barth has a little section of beach by the bodden. You can also take the train to Barth, after a short walk to the train station in Kenz. If you are looking for a beach, then the Baltic Sea is only about 15km away. There is plenty for those interested in culture. It is about a 30-minute drive to the Stralsund old town with its beautiful architecture and museums.
