The house is located in a picturesque bay in the "Velebit" nature park. If you want a vacation away from the crowds and sounds of the city, you've come to the right place! The house is located in a large garden of 1000 m², surrounded by tall cypress trees that provide shade on the hottest summer days. The family house offers complete privacy as it is isolated and has a spacious garden. The house is placed in the second row to the sea (no house in the first row below) and it's last house on the east side of the village. Only 50 steps separate the house and the beach. Since the bay has about 30 holiday homes, there is no traffic and the sea is crystal clear. It is ideal for families with children and also for business people who want to escape from everyday stress or for nature lovers.

The spacious, spacious 30 m² terrace is covered and offers you a wonderful view of the sea. It is equipped with a stone fireplace, a gas grill, a Bluetooth / USB / SD sound system and a large table with space for up to ten people. The house has a double garage and a private double parking space for guests. The house also has a private pool 6 x 3.5 x 1.2 m with hydromassage jets. Your kids will love splashing around in the water while you relax on the lounge chairs in the shade.

The detached house has a living space of 100 m² and is designed for six people. The spacious living room with heating and air conditioning offers you a TV, a DVD player with a selection of films, a stereo system and books. The large sofa invites you to relax. A spiral staircase leads up to the gallery, where there is a second TV with Playstation 2, table football, a computer table as well as an additional bed and a cot. The kitchen on the ground floor has a large, rustic dining table for ten people and is equipped with a stove, filter coffee machine, refrigerator, dishwasher, toaster, kettle, mixer and dishes as well as a stereo system. The bathroom has a shower cubicle, toilet, boiler, washing machine, hair dryer, heating and small and large towels. An ironing board and iron are also available here. The master bedroom has a 160 cm wide double bed and a built-in wardrobe. In the second bedroom on the you will find a single bed and another 160 cm wide double bed. On the left side of the room there is another single bed. It is about one meter above the floor. There is a closet under the bed. Wi-Fi (4G) can be used free of charge.

Since it is a mixed urban location, you can enjoy complete tranquility and isolation (if desired) including swimming, sunbathing, diving, and surfing. Daily trips to Zadar, Paklenica National Park (free climbing), adrenaline park, climbing the Velebit mountain trails or the beautiful scenery (or / and fishing) on ??the Gacka river, kayaking on the Zrmanja river ... When you arrive at our house we will give you all information about beaches, natural and cultural heritage and the possibility of excursions. We can arrange for you climbing tours, sea and river kayaking, bike tours, adrenaline parks ... or give you all the information about them so you can get in touch with the organizers. If you wish, we can email you more information before your arrival so that you can plan your stay and activities. In order to feel more comfortable and to enjoy the homemade food, local fruits, vegetables and wine are served two to three times a week. Every day on the bay there is fresh bread and mobile commerce to find the necessary ingredients for your order. The beach, which is only 30 meters from the house, is made of concrete and the pebble / sand beach is about 400 meters away. If you come with a small child, we can provide you with a sandpit. Upon arrival in the house, the landlords will greet you with Croatian delicacies and wine and give you all kind of information about beaches, the natural and cultural heritage in the region and tips for excursions.
