The road level accesses direct the ground floor into 3 bedrooms and the ground floor living, sitting area with big screen TV, kitchen with full utilities, washing machine, microwave and toaster and 2 big bathrooms. There is a big and private parking area. The apartment is facing the fabulous ocean and mountain view.

The super luxurious suite is equipped with air-conditioned for fresh and hot air. Has a flat modern TV. Has a small freezer for drinks, big and modern sofas, a private dressing area and a modern bathroom with cabin shower, also access to inside the house and to the others 2 bedrooms and to the wide external relaxing area outside balcony with sitting table, chairs and sun loungers.
