It is located in a residential area outside the historic centre of Porto but with transport nearby to access the centre, preferably use them, or about 10 minutes by car, an area with shops, restaurants, supermarket, all types of commerce within a 5-minute walk.Easy and relaxed check-in with safe or digital codes, from 3:00 pm to 4:00 am, with no costs for late arrivals.Fast Wi-Fi for remote digital workers, speed is also guaranteed for business trips. Cable TV also available.Perfect for short or long stays as it is fully furnished and with easy and good access to the city centre and surroundings, with several public transports nearby.The fan is provided for hot summer days, as well as the electric radiator to warm you up during your stay.The apartment has four bedrooms: two with a double bed each for two people; one bedroom with a single bed for a guest as well as another bedroom with two single beds (one drawer bed underneath) for two guests, which gives capacity to accommodate 7 people. It has two bathrooms, one complete and one service. The house has stairsThe house is completely equipped with all necessary kitchen products, hairdryer, iron, refrigerator, freezer, oven, microwave, vacuum cleaner, dishwasher and washing machine and clothes dryer.Both bed linen and towels are sanitised by professional laundry and are included, in addition to shampoo and shower gel.Amenities such as toilet paper, salt, pepper, olive oil, vinegar, coffee, napkins are provided for the first days.Smoking is only permitted outside the property. There is a zero tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team finds evidence of violation of this rule (for example, tobacco smell or smoke, ashes, cigarette butts, etc.), we reserve the right to charge a fee of at least 250€ in accordance with current legislation.Please note that for stays longer than 20 nights, a fair use policy will be applied, with a limit of 90€ in costs (Water 35€ + 55€ electricity). The difference from this amount will be charged as an extra. Note that at the beginning of each stay longer than 20 nights we will send the current readings and make the readings on the day of your check out.Access codes to the property are only provided on the day of check-in, after we have the apartment clean and ready for you.Make sure you have placed the correct number of guests in your booking and/or request a change to the correct number of guests before your check-in.
