About Bottino
Bottino consists of two separate buildings—a farmhouse and a barn—set within a serene landscape of olive groves and terraced gardens. Together, they offer accommodations for up to 10 guests, making it perfect for families or groups traveling together yet seeking a touch of privacy.
- Main House: Sleeps 6 guests with a fully equipped kitchen, a cozy sitting room, and spacious bedrooms, each with an en-suite bathroom.
- Barn: Sleeps 4 guests with its own kitchen, sitting room, and en-suite bedrooms.

Property cleaning
Compulsory 9 hours per week included. For bookings of 2 or more weeks linen and towels change is carried out on Friday.

Layout
Main House - 6 people:
Ground Floor: Very spacious sitting room with dining-area and doors to the outside terrace ideal for outdoor meals, kitchen, guest bathroom.
First Floor: Double bedroom with en-suite bathroom (bathtub); double bedroom with en-suite bathroom (large shower); double bedroom with en-suite bathroom (bathtub), three steps below.

Barn - 4 people:
Ground Floor: Breakfast room opening to the outside at the pool level; kitchen; bathroom (shower).
First Floor: Sitting room with piano; twin bedroom with en-suite bathroom (bathtub and separate shower); double bedroom with en-suite bathroom (shower).

Arrival time is on Saturday between 4 pm and 7 pm (after 8 pm a fee of € 50 is required and after 10 pm the fee is € 100. Any late arrival has to be agreed in advance).

TOURIST TAX
Tourist tax is applied in most Italian municipalities. This tax is by law to be fully paid by the holidaymakers. The amount varies from municipality to municipality and it must be paid upon arrival directly to the caretaker /owner. Unfortunately, the amount may be subject to change even after the booking is confirmed.
