The Design Villa with sea view is located on a hill, about a 3 km drive from Porto Ercole, surrounded by the Mediterranean Macchia.

An idyllic serpentine road leads you to the design villa above Porto Ercole in an exposed hillside location facing east. This oasis of peace and intimacy is about 10 minutes by car from Porto Ercole and is gently embraced by the surrounding natural landscape. The poignant view of the bay of Orbetello is a sublime moment, the most beautiful greeting that does without words and one of the reasons to immediately fall in love with this place, from which you actually don’t want to leave.
Stefano, the gardener, will be happy to assist you with the luggage service, so you can easily walk to the villa from your own parking lot, past the loving plants and cypress trees.
In front of the entrance you will be greeted by a well-tended lawn with deck chairs and a whirlpool – a symphony that will spoil you with a clear view of the valley and make you arrive in style. The rooms of the villa open onto the open living and kitchen area with an open fireplace. The absolute highlight here are the large window fronts, which also allow you to enjoy a panoramic view from the inside. The modern kitchen is equipped with all the amenities that one can expect from it. Its direct access to the large wooden floor terrace, which with its frameless glass balustrade, does not interrupt the view in any way, is very practical. Here breakfast quickly turns into brunch.
In this part of the building, the villa has 2 bedrooms and bathrooms, the features and design of which bear the signature of the owner, who works internationally as an architect. She placed particular emphasis on high-quality materials and on the fact that the surrounding natural landscape becomes the protagonist of the interior and that the transitions from outside to inside are very fluid and subtle, for a feeling of freedom.
The special space is complemented by an annex with bedroom and bathroom for 2 people, which can be reached via an elegant stone staircase below the main building.

Wanting 100% intimacy paired with the luxury of tranquility and appreciating the poignant view of the bay of Orbetello as well as the good connection to the most beautiful beaches of the Tuscan archipelago, as well as to the cultural cities of Siena, Florence and Rome.

The outdoor space is characterized by a a sun terrace with a teak floor and a breathtaking view towards the port of Cala Galera and the sea.
A garden with sun chairs invite you to relax. The jacuzzi is heatable, especially pleasant in off season and the new (off the ground) swimming pool secures fun for the whole family.
Located above the villa you enjoy stunning sea views from there as well.
