Vatican City area is filled with places one must visit, and you have to select a few places since 5-7 days is far from enough to see everything in this area. For example, visit the magnificent Peters Church, and perhaps a visit to the Vatican Museums. Note that you often have to wait for hours to get in and see the Vatican Museums. Or just stroll around the area and experience the atmosphere and make a stop and drink a cup of cappuccino or espresso
