Poggiluglio is a farm with apartments facilities, located in a rural house originally build around 1400, carefully restored and equipped with all comforts that will make your stay an unforgettable experience.

Located only 200 meters away from the main gate of San Gimignano and at the same time is isolated countryside, so you can enjoy the quietness and walk to the town within 5 minutes.

Apartment on two levels, completely independent.
The ground floor has a kitchen with dining room, and a large garden outside, private, furnished and with barbecue.
In the basement there is a small living room with single sofa-bed and TV, a bathroom with shower and a large double bedroom.
The rooms are air-conditioned and recently built, although maintaining the typical Tuscan style.

The owner lives in a separate house.
Each solution has independent entrance, furnished patio, bathroom, air conditioning, kitchen and outdoor BBQ.

Poggiluglio has a swimming pool ( dimension 7x14m Depth 1.15 to 2.5m, open from 01 May to 30 September), tennis court and large garden, common laundry room.
