Guesthouse: Located just 20 meters away, this air-conditioned unit includes a private double bedroom and bathroom, offering extra privacy.

Air-conditioned double bedroom with french windows opening onto the garden. En-suite bathroom (shower).

Arrival time is on Saturday between 4 pm and 7 pm (after 8 pm a fee of € 50 is required and after 10 pm the fee is € 100. Any late arrival has to be agreed in advance).

TOURIST TAX
Tourist tax is applied in most Italian municipalities. This tax is by law to be fully paid by the holidaymakers. The amount varies from municipality to municipality and it must be paid upon arrival directly to the caretaker /owner. Unfortunately, the amount may be subject to change even after the booking is confirmed.
