Basement Floor: A spacious double bedroom with its own sitting area and bathroom. With independent access from the garden, this private space is perfect for guests seeking extra privacy.

The villa’s swimming pool, just 50 meters from the house, is a highlight of the property. Adjacent to the pool, a charming gazebo offers a shaded retreat, perfect for lounging with a book or enjoying a refreshing drink.

Ground Floor: Covered patio, big kitchen/dining room, sitting room, bathroom (shower).

First Floor: 2 double bedrooms, bathroom (bathtub), single bedroom, bathroom (shower), small terrace.

Basement Floor: Double bedroom; bathroom (shower). This part of the house has also an independent exit onto the garden.



Arrival time is on Saturday between 4 pm and 7 pm (after 8 pm a fee of € 50 is required and after 10 pm the fee is € 100. Any late arrival has to be agreed in advance).

TOURIST TAX
Tourist tax is applied in most Italian municipalities. This tax is by law to be fully paid by the holidaymakers. The amount varies from municipality to municipality and it must be paid upon arrival directly to the caretaker /owner. Unfortunately, the amount may be subject to change even after the booking is confirmed.
