Casa Tonio is thoughtfully furnished to meet all the needs of summer travelers. Each bedroom is air-conditioned and equipped with mosquito nets, satellite TV, and Wi-Fi. The farmhouse features three bedrooms (two doubles and one twin) and two bathrooms – one with a shower on the ground floor and another with a bathtub upstairs.

The farmhouse is surrounded by a stunning garden with a perfectly maintained lawn, filled with vibrant Tuscan flora such as geraniums, roses, bougainvillea, and lemon trees. A 135-year-old holm oak provides shade, while olive groves and vineyards offer a classic Tuscan backdrop. Layout
Ground Floor:
Entrance into a sitting/dining room. Well equipped kitchen with doors opening onto patio. Bathroom (shower).

First Floor:
Two double bedrooms; twin bedroom; bathroom (bathtub).

Arrival time is on Saturday between 4 pm and 7 pm (after 8 pm a fee of € 50 is required and after 10 pm the fee is € 100. Any late arrival has to be agreed in advance).

TOURIST TAX
Tourist tax is applied in most Italian municipalities. This tax is by law to be fully paid by the holidaymakers. The amount varies from municipality to municipality and it must be paid upon arrival directly to the caretaker /owner. Unfortunately, the amount may be subject to change even after the booking is confirmed.
