The villa boasts two inviting outdoor dining areas, ideal for enjoying al fresco meals while soaking in the serene surroundings. One dining area is equipped with a built-in BBQ, perfect for relaxed gatherings. Guests can also indulge in authentic Tuscan cuisine prepared by the villa’s owner, an excellent cook who lives discreetly at the rear of the property and offers home-cooked lunches and dinners upon request (at an additional cost).

Ground floor:

Arrival time is on Saturday between 4 pm and 7 pm (after 8 pm a fee of € 50 is required and after 10 pm the fee is € 100. Any late arrival has to be agreed in advance).

TOURIST TAX
Tourist tax is applied in most Italian municipalities. This tax is by law to be fully paid by the holidaymakers. The amount varies from municipality to municipality and it must be paid upon arrival directly to the caretaker /owner. Unfortunately, the amount may be subject to change even after the booking is confirmed.
