Ground Floor:
Living/dining room, opening on to the garden; kitchen opening on to the garden and outside eating area; pantry; guest bathroom.

First floor:
Double bedroom with en-suite bathroom (shower); twin bedroom; bedroom with French bed; bathroom (shower).

Arrival time is on Saturday between 4 pm and 7 pm (after 8 pm a fee of € 50 is required and after 10 pm the fee is € 100. Any late arrival has to be agreed in advance).

TOURIST TAX
Tourist tax is applied in most Italian municipalities. This tax is by law to be fully paid by the holidaymakers. The amount varies from municipality to municipality and it must be paid upon arrival directly to the caretaker /owner. Unfortunately, the amount may be subject to change even after the booking is confirmed.
