Important Information
Please note that the 1.5 km access road to the villa is not suitable for cars with low suspensions or for nervous drivers. The rugged road ensures privacy and exclusivity, adding to Macennere’s secluded charm.

Ground Floor:
Entrance; sitting room with fire-place opening out to pergola and to the loggia furnished for outdoor meals, dining room; kitchen; Pantry: Ottoman style study; master bedroom with en-suite bathroom (shower); Outside access to shower room and laundry.

First Floor:
Two double bedrooms both with four poster bed and en-suite bathroom (shower); two twin bedrooms; bathroom (bathtub).

Arrival time is on Saturday between 4 pm and 7 pm (after 8 pm a fee of € 50 is required and after 10 pm the fee is € 100. Any late arrival has to be agreed in advance).

TOURIST TAX
Tourist tax is applied in most Italian municipalities. This tax is by law to be fully paid by the holidaymakers. The amount varies from municipality to municipality and it must be paid upon arrival directly to the caretaker /owner. Unfortunately, the amount may be subject to change even after the booking is confirmed.
