Open kitchen (oven, 4 ceramic glass hob hotplates, toaster, kettle, microwave, freezer, electric coffee machine). Shower/WC. Electric heating. Upper floor: open gallery with sloping ceilings with 1 bed and 1 pull-out bed. 1 room with sloping ceilings with 2 beds. Exit to the balcony. Parquet floors. Terrace. Terrace furniture, barbecue (portable). Facilities: children's high chair, baby cot for up to 2 year olds. Please note: non-smokers only. Maximum 1 pet/ dog allowed. Smoke alarm. Instead of an enclosed bedroom, some sleeping areas are located in an open-plan area (gallery, alcove, etc.).
Terraced house "Partie de pêche". 4.5 km from the centre of Plozévet, 5.5 km from the centre of Pouldreuzic, 50 m from the sea, 50 m from the beach, road to cross.
