Main House - 6 people:
Ground floor: Entrance, living room with kitchen/dining room and sitting area with fireplace opening on to terrace with outdoor eating area, pantry laundry room, guest bathroom.
First floor: Entrance; large sitting room with fireplace; study; bathroom (shower).
Second floor: Master (queen) bedroom with en-suite bathroom (bathtub and separate shower), 2 twin bedrooms (one of which joinable together) with en-suite bathroom (shower).

Guest House 5 people:
Ground floor: Entrance, sitting room, kitchen with dining area opening on to the garden with large veranda for outdoor meals, single bedroom; bathroom (shower).
First floor: 2 double bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms (one with shower and one with bathtub and separate shower).

Arrival time is on Saturday between 4 pm and 7 pm (after 8 pm a fee of € 50 is required and after 10 pm the fee is € 100. Any late arrival has to be agreed in advance).

TOURIST TAX
Tourist tax is applied in most Italian municipalities. This tax is by law to be fully paid by the holidaymakers. The amount varies from municipality to municipality and it must be paid upon arrival directly to the caretaker /owner. Unfortunately, the amount may be subject to change even after the booking is confirmed.
