- First Floor: Four bedrooms, each with a private bathroom.
- Second Floor: Two twin bedrooms sharing one bathroom.

Among them are a gentle pony, a delightful family of donkeys, a spirited group of fifteen inquisitive cats, and a turtle who resides peacefully by the fountain. The true highlight of the property, however, is Lampo—the estate’s friendly and affectionate German Shepherd—who roams freely and enjoys warmly welcoming visitors.

Large kitchen with fireplace, dining room opening on to the side garden of the villa; laundry room.

First Floor:
Large hall (also accessible from the main outside staircase); sitting room with TVand dining table; 3 double bedrooms with en-suite bathroom (1 with bathtub and 2 with shower); Twin bedroom; bathroom (bath with shower).

Second Floor:
2 twin bedrooms; bathroom (shower).

Arrival time is on Saturday between 4 pm and 7 pm (after 8 pm a fee of € 50 is required and after 10 pm the fee is € 100. Any late arrival has to be agreed in advance).

TOURIST TAX
Tourist tax is applied in most Italian municipalities. This tax is by law to be fully paid by the holidaymakers. The amount varies from municipality to municipality and it must be paid upon arrival directly to the caretaker /owner. Unfortunately, the amount may be subject to change even after the booking is confirmed.
