Casale San Martino is a large holiday villa rental located on the rolling hills surrounding Cortona, in the heart of Tuscany.

The villa rental is positioned in a panoramic and peaceful location, immersed in the gorgeous countryside yet still close to lovely Cortona and the larger cities that both Tuscany and Umbria have to offer: Montepulciano, Siena, Florence, Assisi, Perugia, Montalcino, as well as Lake Trasimeno.

Opposite the entrance to the villa, an area with a barbecue and a woodburning oven offers a great set-up for outdoor dining, under the welcome shade of two large trees.

The property owners live nearby and while they are very friendly and welcoming people, at all times they respect the privacy of guests staying at the villa.

The beautiful swimming pool lies in the centre of the property – between the main villa and the annex. Here it enjoys the best of the sun throughout the day.

Ground floor: living room with fireplace and TV, dining room with kitchenette (fridge-freezer, oven, microwave, dishwasher, coffee maker, toaster), single room, bathroom with shower, bedroom (used to access other rooms) with double bed (air conditioning) as well as access from outside and a private bathroom with shower, double bedroom (also with access from outside, air conditioning) with private bathroom with shower.
Ground floor: double bedroom ( with access from outside, air conditioning) with private bathroom with shower.
First floor: (accessed via a spiral staircase from the living area) bedroom with french bed (air conditioning), bathroom with shower.
Second floor: (accessed via a spiral staircase) 1 twin bedroom (air conditioning) located in the attic.
First floor apartment, accessed only via an external staircase : kitchen (oven, fridge-freezer) with dining area, living room with fireplace, bedroom with french bed (air conditioning) with private bathroom with shower, bathroom with bath, double bedroom (air conditioning).
