Santo Stefano is a comfortable farmhouse with private swimming pool furnished with many modern amenities. The property enjoys a sunny position, up on the hills, with commanding views of the valley below. The grounds are very well keps and guests can enjoy and unusually big infinity swimming pool (17 x 7m) with internal Jacuzzi bath. Furthermore, there is a large outside dining area under a covered terrace ideal to enjoy al fresco meals. A BBQ is available to travellers.

The interiors are large and airy. Air-conditioning is available in all the bedrooms, furthermore all the bedrooms have been equipped with flat TV, mosquito nets and modern bathrooms. Styled with essentiality and functional interiors the ambience provides the perfect environment for a totally relaxing holiday.
There are 3 bedrooms sleeping up to 6 people available to travellers. On the ground floor there is a master suite with sitting room and en-suite bathroom (shower) while on the first floor there are a master bedroom with bathroom en-suite (bath and separate shower) and double bedroom with en-suite bathroom (bathtub and sink in the bedroom, toilet and bidet are separated).
Two extra bedrooms can be rented for larger groups, sleeping also 6 people (Santo Stefano 6).

Being just a few kilometers from the town of Lucca, the property is ideally placed for daily trips to the city with plenty of nice shops and restaurants, as well as for sightseeing the region which offers within short drive historic and art towns such as Lucca, Pietrasanta, Pisa or the sandy beaches of the Versilia coast. Furthermore there is a small countryside village less than a 5 minute drive from Santo Stefano where travellers can find food shops, grab an ice-cream or an International newspaper.

Ground floor:
Entrance/sitting room; kitchen/dining with fire place opening on to veranda with table for outdoor meals and portable BBQ; master suite with sitting room and en-suite bathroom (shower); guest bathroom.
First floor:
Sitting room with fireplace and TV; study with fireplace; master bedroom with bathroom en-suite (bath and separate shower); double bedroom with en-suite bathroom (bathtub and sink in the bedroom, toilet and bidet are separated).

Back side (accessible from the first floor living room and from a separate entrance at the back of the house)

Arrival time is on Saturday between 4 pm and 7 pm (after 8 pm a fee of € 50 is required and after 10 pm the fee is € 100. Any late arrival has to be agreed in advance).

TOURIST TAX
Tourist tax is applied in most Italian municipalities. This tax is by law to be fully paid by the holidaymakers. The amount varies from municipality to municipality and it must be paid upon arrival directly to the caretaker /owner. Unfortunately, the amount may be subject to change even after the booking is confirmed.

POOL OPENING DATES
If you are travelling outside the June-September period, please contact us when booking the property to check if the pool will be open. Usually when requested before booking, the pool can be opened also in May and October.
