In the main villa there is also a double bedroom with private bathroom with shower (without window or bidet) suitable for people with disabilities, accessible from the outside only.

Lower level: wellness center made up of a gym with 3 Technogym machines (exercise bike, elliptical machine, weight machine), mats for yoga and floor exercises, gym balls for stretching, relaxation area; 3 sensory showers, Finnish sauna, steam room, heated pool (up to 27° C) with massage jets and a counter-current system.
