The estate is teeming with charm and vitality, enriched not only by guests but also by the presence of the owners' cherished animals. Among them are a gentle pony, a delightful family of donkeys, a spirited group of fifteen inquisitive cats, and a turtle who resides peacefully by the fountain. The true highlight of the property, however, is Lampo—the estate’s friendly and affectionate German Shepherd—who roams freely and enjoys warmly welcoming visitors.

Arrival time is on Saturday between 4 pm and 7 pm (after 8 pm a fee of € 50 is required and after 10 pm the fee is € 100. Any late arrival has to be agreed in advance).

TOURIST TAX
Tourist tax is applied in most Italian municipalities. This tax is by law to be fully paid by the holidaymakers. The amount varies from municipality to municipality and it must be paid upon arrival directly to the caretaker /owner. Unfortunately, the amount may be subject to change even after the booking is confirmed.
