The property sleeps up to 6 guests, with a double bedroom and a twin bedroom on the first floor, sharing a bathroom. The spacious ground floor includes the kitchen and living room, both opening onto the garden.
On the lower ground floor, you'll find a billiard room and a twin bedroom with an additional bathroom and shower. All floors are equipped with air-conditioning, ensuring that guests enjoy maximum comfort even on the hottest summer days.
Smaller groups can rent Le Vigne 4 - when renting this version the lower ground twin bedroom is not available.

Ground floor:
kitchen/dining and sitting room with fireplace opening on to the garden and to the covered pergola ideal for al fresco eating, guest bathroom (shower).

First Floor:
double bedroom; twin bedroom; bathroom (shower).

Lower Ground Floor:
open space with billiard and twin bedroom (joinable beds); bathroom (shower), laundry room. Being on the lower ground floor these area is less bright than the rest of the accommodation.

Arrival time is on Saturday between 4 pm and 7 pm (after 8 pm a fee of € 50 is required and after 10 pm the fee is € 100. Any late arrival has to be agreed in advance).

TOURIST TAX
Tourist tax is applied in most Italian municipalities. This tax is by law to be fully paid by the holidaymakers. The amount varies from municipality to municipality and it must be paid upon arrival directly to the caretaker /owner. Unfortunately, the amount may be subject to change even after the booking is confirmed.

HEATED POOL
The swimming pool can be heated on request at extra charge of € 750 per week. It takes a few days to heat the pool therefore we ask you to let us know in advance if you would like the pool to be heated for your arrival. The extra cost must be requested before your arrival.
