In the heart of Bella Toscana, 45 km from Siena and 45 km from Follonica by the seaThe Podere Santa Maria offers a panoramic view over the green hills of Tuscany in a dreamlike secluded location. At the same time, the charming village of Ciciano can be reached via a romantic 10-minute walk through olive groves. There you will find Milena's small but well-stocked shop, where fresh fruit and vegetables, cheese, sausage and bakery products, good wine and everything else is available daily. Ciciano is also home to the idyllic garden restaurant "Tre Galli", which is well-known in the surrounding area and hosts live jazz concerts on Thursdays in the summer months. Just a few kilometres further up the mountain, the picturesque medieval village of Chiusdino awaits your visit. Market day is on Thursday.

You will stay in lavishly restored historic stone houses, which offer all modern comforts such as modern heating and Wi-Fi. We offer 2 individual artistically furnished locations for rent: Casa Marrakech and Casa Stella. Each unit has 2 spacious bedrooms with double beds, a generous open-plan kitchen/living room, a newly renovated bathroom and its own private terrace with panoramic views over the green hills of Tuscany.Casa Marrakesch also has an open Tuscan fireplace.TV/W-LANTo intensify the peace and relaxation there is no TV connection, but a good W-LAN network, so that a "home office" intermezzo is also possible in principle.OTHER:We use organic products and soaps as far as possible. We have designed the houses individually and creatively with a lot of love and joy, some of them with beautiful unique pieces. We would like to ask you to treat things with care. We also live on the 4 hectare estate ourselves, which offers more than enough space for retreat and tranquillity even when both houses are occupied. We will do our best to ensure that you have a wonderful, relaxing stay.
