This seaside house is located in the Mer d'Iroise, on the Côte des Légendes. The owners welcome you to Argenton en Landunvez for a pleasant holiday or weekend. You'll be in a peaceful setting just 400 metres from the port and beaches.

Nearby you'll find cafés, restaurants, crêperies, pizzerias, discos, grocery shops and all kinds of convenience stores. In the harbour, you'll find a bakery-pastry shop, tearoom, delicatessen, bar-tobac-press with a terrace overlooking the sea. During the summer season, there's a market every Wednesday morning.

The tastefully decorated, single-storey house has a large, fully enclosed garden of 1500 m2, a 25 m2 terrace, garden furniture and a barbecue.
