Breathtaking views, old-fashioned tranquillity and unspoilt nature combined with the high level of comfort of the villa make Agriturismo Casavecchia your ideal destination if you wish to spend a relaxing holiday in Tuscany. The farmhouse is situated on terraces covered with olive trees surrounded by cool oak woods covering the high Pratomagno massif, which at 1592 m above sea level dominates the green Casentino valley, the lush Arno valley and the charming Chianti hills.
The area around the house is a dream if you love walking. During your explorations you will be able to meet roe deer, fallow deer and all the other animals of the forest, to the delight of children.

Casavecchia is an old stone farmhouse divided into three large, well-furnished and well-equipped apartments. Each apartment has a private area with a gazebo furnished with table and benches for your evenings “al fresco”, where you can enjoy a good dinner or lose yourself in conversation in the cool of the summer nights. At your disposal also a barbecue, a wood-burning oven, children's games, a fully equipped laundry room and the panoramic swimming pool (size 5x10 m, depth 1.20 m - open from 01st May to 30th September) completely fenced and built on a natural terrace overlooking the Arno valley.

A few kilometres away is the village of San Giustino Valdarno where you can find shops, supermarkets and restaurants. Casavecchia is halfway between the cities of Arezzo and Florence, both of which can be reached in just over 40 minutes by car.
From here you can easily set off on day trips to discover the famous Tuscan art cities. It will be a challenge to decide whether to stay and enjoy the peace and atmosphere of your location, relaxing by the pool, or to venture out to discover the beauty of churches, ancient squares and museums. Either way, when you return, we are sure you will have plenty to remember and share with family and friends!

NOT INCLUDED IN THE PRICE:
Breakage deposit Euro 150 per apartment (payable in cash on your arrival and held by the owner for the duration of your stay). During their stay, should travellers cause any damage to the property, they will be liable for the associated costs.
It is not possible to recharge electric cars at the house, but it is necessary to go to charging stations located a few kilometres away.
Obligatory final cleaning Euro 90 per apartment.
Air conditioning in the bedrooms Euro 0,20 per Kwh (if used).
Heating Euro 12 per day per apartment (if used).
Pets are welcome on payment of Euro 5 each per day.
Swimming towels available on request on payment of Euro 3 each.
Wood for fireplace Euro 15 each 100 kg (if used).
Tourist Tax Euro 1 per person per day, applied for the first 5 days only, children up to 12 years do not pay.
