The caretakers live in one small apartment with independent entrance located at the edge of the property, not overlooking the private grounds or the swimming pool to guarantee the maximum privacy to the guests.

Outside, guests can enjoy extensive gardens with pool, private dining outdoor areas and unobstructed views over the rolling Tuscany hills and on the Mount Falterona (where the springs of Arno River are located).

A private swimming pool is available for the exclusive use of the guests and is surrounded by extensive sunbathing areas. It is located on the upper part of the garden to enjoy most of the views and privacy. The private pool measures 8m x 4m and is 1.4m deep.

In the village of Vicchio, which is just 3 km away, there is a useful train station with regular trains to the center of Florence. Departures are usually every hour and the journey takes 45 minutes.
