Villa Irida occupies the ground floor of the villa, while the property owners live in the 2 upper floors. The owners are kind, respectful of guests’ privacy, and do not use either the outdoor spaces or the pool.

A beautiful pool and spectacular 7-seat hot tub 7 sedute are at guests’ esclusive disposal. Also private are the outdoor spaces, and a spectacular external room with a kitchen and large dining area facing the pool and garden. This room has adjustable curtains that can be opened during sunny days, or closed to protect from wind and brisker temperatures.
It offers 4 bedrooms to comfortably accommodate up to 8 people. Given how close it is to the sea and shops, it is suitable for all types of clientele. The owners live on site and are happy to help or offer advice if needed, and are on hand to answer any questions.

The sea is just 400 meters away (Agios Spyridon beach), and there are 2 minimarkets just 600 meters and 700 meters away, respectively. The town of Acharavi, with shops of all kinds, is just about 5 km away, while the charming hamlet of Kassiopi, with a harbor and seafront tavernas, is just 7 km away.
