Villa Fiorita degli Ulivi is a stunningly restored 18th-century farmhouse set within a magnificent two-hectare estate near the historic town of Todi, Umbria. This expansive property, comprising a main house and two annexes, is perfectly suited for large groups, offering a total of 13 air-conditioned double bedrooms, each with its own bathroom, alongside a harmonious mix of communal and private spaces.

Total Bedrooms: 13 double bedrooms (all air-conditioned).

Main House:

Ground Floor: Open-plan living room with a fireplace, kitchen, guest bathroom, and internal staircase to a tavern (not detailed).

First Floor: Small sitting room with an ornamental fireplace and study area with a panoramic balcony. Three double bedrooms: one with an adjacent bathroom (shower, external access), one with an en-suite bathroom (tub, 140 cm bed), and one with an en-suite bathroom (shower, 200 cm bed).

Annex 1:

Ground Floor: Hallway with an additional bathroom (shower), professional kitchen with external access, and a covered portico.

First Floor (External Access Only): Four double bedrooms, each with an en-suite bathroom with a shower, and a dining room with its own external entrance.

Annex 2:
