Villa Tramonto Rosso
Perched majestically on a west-facing hill, Villa Tramonto Rosso ("Red Sunset Villa") is a magnificent, delightful house of uncommon charm, perfectly immersed in the quintessential Umbrian countryside. The name is inspired by the breathtaking red sunset that irradiates the property each evening, illuminating the sprawling gardens.
Architecture and Interiors
The architecture of this beautiful home is inspired by traditional rural houses, featuring warm sandstone cladding and large use of salvaged wood for the ceilings, complemented by rich oak planks for the warm floors. This beautiful home offers all modern amenities and mod cons.
The bright, spacious rooms are enriched by a fine collection of top-quality furniture in a Provençal style, featuring elegant country chic details. This aesthetic blends seamlessly with the simple, natural shades of the upholstery and walls.
The heart of the house is the spacious, open-plan living room, which features a generous sitting area with a 65" satellite TV (with Sky decoder—card not provided), a stereo unit, and a dining area. The adjacent, super-equipped kitchen boasts a centre island and all necessary appliances, including a dishwasher, microwave, various coffee machines (American, moka, espresso), kettle, mixer, juicer, toaster, and blender.
The living area extends effortlessly through French windows to a wide pergola surrounded by flowers, providing a perfect spot for guests to experience the peaceful atmosphere of the Umbrian countryside.

Exterior, Park, and Amenities
The property is enveloped by an 8000 sq m, partially fenced-in park, with a lavender-the-protagonist motif running throughout—hence the original house name, Casale delle Lavande. The well-maintained lawn areas around the house and pool feature a variety of blooming flowers. A row of young cypresses flanks the driveway leading to the house and parking area.

The pool offers an unmatched view over the countryside, stretching right up to the alluring silhouette of Todi, making for spectacular sunset viewing.
