Villa Chiugi has recently been renovated. It is a modern house with a well-equipped kitchen, spacious new bathrooms and air conditioning in all rooms.

Its location is perfect for exploring Tuscany’s most beautiful areas, such as the Val d’Orcia and the Maremma. After a day spent touring Tuscany, the villa is fantastic to come home to, for a cool dip in the pool and to take in the splendid country landscape.

Access to the villa is via a 2,5 km stretch of unpaved road: the road is in good condition but is not suitable for sports cars or low riding vehicles.
