Villa Tenuta Casenuove is located in a renowned farm with 135 hectares of vineyards and olive groves cultivated personally by the owners to produce Chianti Classico wine, grappa and extra virgin olive oil.

The property is nestled in the green countryside, but at the same time is close to the hamlet of Montefioralle, and the towns of Panzano in Chianti and Greve in Chianti, where there are traditional restaurants, pizzerias, and shops of all kinds.

It offers a private pool with enviable panoramic views of the rolling hills of the Chianti Classico, world famous for its landscapes, and high quality wines and olive oil.

Villa Tenute Casenuove is a portion of a recently, thoroughly renovated villa; the interiors are bright, comfortable, and furnished with taste and elegance. It has 2 floors, 7 bedrooms, spacious interiors and large outdoor spaces to comfortably accommodate up to 14 people.

The scenic grounds offer numerous areas where guests can spend time with family or friends: relax in the sauna in the converted hayloft, by the scenic pool (heatable upon request) or in the sunbathing area and enjoy unforgettable moments under the Tuscan sun.
