While shared with two other residences, the barn’s position ensures privacy, with a portion of the garden reserved exclusively for guests.

This property is ideally located for sightseeing and exploring Tuscany's treasures. It’s just 13 km from Lucca, 18 km from the Versilia coast, and 12 km from the motorway exit, providing easy access to iconic cities like Florence, Pisa, and Siena.

Layout
First floor:
large spacious room with a well-equipped kitchen, a large dining table and a living room opening onto a panoramic terrace.

Ground floor:
Double bedroom with an en-suite bathroom (bathtub) and access to the panoramic terrace. Twin bedroom (double on request) with private bathroom (bathtub) and access to the garden.

Arrival time is on Saturday between 4 pm and 7 pm (after 8 pm a fee of € 50 is required and after 10 pm the fee is € 100. Any late arrival has to be agreed in advance).

TOURIST TAX
Tourist tax is applied in most Italian municipalities. This tax is by law to be fully paid by the holidaymakers. The amount varies from municipality to municipality and it must be paid upon arrival directly to the caretaker /owner. Unfortunately, the amount may be subject to change even after the booking is confirmed.
